THE DELTON-SL-ICAL COLLABORATIVE ALLIANCE
The owners and working directors of Delton, Sycamore Lingo (SL) and the US-based International Center for Accelerative Learning (ICAL) have enjoyed a fruitful relationship for well over 25 years and have now embarked on a Collaborative Alliance, sharing their respective resources and capabilities in order to deliver Innovative Language Training Solutions to industry and education clients by way of Accelerative Language Programmes and Online/Distance Language Training.
Both SL and ICAL have much experience in the development and delivery of such programmes and Delton has the industry recognised capability and experience of linking language training with related technical, management and development training, thus providing a complete ‘competency-based training solution.’ Collectively, the Alliance member companies have served clients for over 30 years in more than 30 countries and have impacted thousands of learners worldwide.
To accelerate the success of ‘on the job’ performance in the current environment the alliance has revised how online learning is offered, in three formats listed below:
- Online/Distance
- Blended Hybrid
- Face-to-Face ( F2F)
The demands of the 21st century require new delivery techniques and the alliance has developed innovative solutions to meet the challenges. Technical training combined with English for Special Purposes is necessary and should be delivered by competent trainers. The alliance has experts in delivering those skills and we accelerate the process.
The alliance offers a unique training system that is an Accelerator. It increases workplace skills and develops dual language literacy in a shortened time, both are critical for success in the global economy.
This new approach provides an alternative: ‘a virtual classroom, lecture hall, training centre and conference venue;’ this is where we come in!
We have an experienced team that will create customised online and fully interactive courses, allowing both instructor-led and independent study.
