Introduction
Delton Training Services Limited (DTS) was awarded a Contract, by NLNG, to provide Assessor training for 20 candidate Assessors through to SQA L&D9DI Certification
Delton Scope of Services
- To review NLNG assessor systems & procedures prior to implementation to deliver SQA assessor programme
- Delton provided Training & Coaching services for two groups of candidate Assessors, progressing them through to formal Assessor Certification.
- The Services delivered and the Certification gained by the candidate Assessors were conducted in line with international Awarding Body compliance procedures and are recognised by the Industry Body (OPITO).
