Introduction
Following discussions with Exterran Nigeria Ltd. Delton Training Services was asked to deliver a bespoke training and development programme designed specifically to meet the needs of Exterran’s identified staff who would be actively involved in delivering technical training in the workplace.
The programme included Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) ‘F81Y 33’ Planning & Delivering Learning Sessions to Groups’ (an industry orientated ‘train the trainer’ qualification) and Assessor Theory Training for QCFUnit 1
Delton Scope of Services
The Train the Trainer Unit was designed for those wishing to deliver learning to groups of learners as part of their future job role. The qualification is also suitable for those who already deliver learning to groups and wish to achieve an internationally recognised qualification.
The Assessor Theory Training was a 3 day Competency Assessor Programme for line managers and HR personnel leading to the QCF FD49 70 accredited unit: ‘Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment’.
