Arnold Almond

Working Director

Early career began in engineering with a UK based conglomerate progressing through various engineering positions and into a training role. Went on to manage a UK based Engineering Industry Training Group comprising 46 Companies then joined the UK Government Manpower & Training Services Commission based in London HQ, working with the UK Industrial Training Boards, Examining and Awarding Bodies, Government Training Centres, Employment Panels, Technical Colleges and Universities, developing new Courses for industries and auditing Quality Standards. Over 40 years’ experience in the international Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industry, 10 years in Shell and over 30 years with Delton, as Training Projects Manager, SEA Regional Managing Director, Equity Partner and Working Director.

R Bruce Livesley

Working Director

After qualifying in business studies at Stockport College of Further Education Bruce Livesley joined Overseas Technical Service Libya as a Financial Administrator in 1968. Two years later moved to Nigeria as Area Manager responsible for petroleum contract negotiations, administration, personnel and government relations. Later spent two years in a similar capacity in Indonesia. In 1975 was appointed Operations Director responsible for activities in South East Asia, West Africa and the Middle East.

In 1981 became Regional Director for Overseas Technical Service based in Singapore and in 1984 was appointed Managing Director of Operations. In December 1988 was part of the management team who effected a buy out of The Overseas Technical Service (SEA) Ltd Group of Companies, now part of The Delton Group.

Bruce is a “Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI)”.

Simon Dagger

International Projects Director

Simon joined the Delton Group of Companies in 1993 as Personnel Administrator. Working at the Delton Group head office in the UK he quickly gained experience in all aspects of Overseas Engineering Recruitment, Consultancy, Administration and Employee Relations.

During his 26 years employment with The Delton Group he has held various positions within the Group and worked overseas at various locations around the world.

He has a keen interest in Information Technology and looks after the Groups Web Based Contract Management Systems, as well as managing large scale International projects from initial conception through to project completion.

He has worked on projects in the UK, Europe, North and West Africa, The Middle East, The Far East, Asia, South East Asia and Australasia. He holds qualifications in Computer Studies, Economics and Business Studies.
