Delton work with ADNOC in Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) – UAE
Delton’s role on this project, which commenced during 2001 with a project team of around 24 personnel, is: The Implementation and management of ADMA’s Basic Training Programme within the Vocational Training Centre; On-Job-Training; ‘On-Site Integration of each new intake of trainees following Basic Training.
The basic training is conducted in accordance with ADMA’s Competency Based ‘Individual Development Programme’ (IDP) and ‘Competency Assurance Management System’ (CAMS) programme, which in turn is aligned to the Total and French Institute of Petroleum (IFP) format.
The specific deliverables include:
- Development and maintenance of a computerised training record and reporting database tracking system, for on-site training and development participants
- Development, implementation and management of a Specific Gap Elimination (Training) Programme ‘SGEP’ (post assessment)
- Updating/Enhancement of the existing training materials and the development of additional training materials and structured technical training courses for the Production/Process and Maintenance disciplines
- Ensuring that the ADMA-OPCO Health Safety and Environmental Protection (HSEP) Regulations and Policy are embedded into all training materials and courses
- Development of new Competency Based Individual Development Programmes (IDP’s)
- Preparation to link the ADMA-OPCO Competency Assurance and Training programme for Operators/Technicians/Supervisors in order to work towards an internationally recognised certification.
